The Company fully understands the importance of our social obligation to protect all personal information provided by our corporate clients and promises to fulfill our social responsibility to ensure the safe and proper handling of all personal information at all times.
The Company likewise promises to stay up to date and aware of any changes in societal demands or the business environment and to work together as a company to make any ongoing improvements as necessary at all times.
- The Company may collect, use and provide personal information to third parties taking into account the nature and scope of the services for which it is required. The Company will not collect any personal information which is unnecessary for the specified purpose of use and will put into place the necessary measures to ensure that any information collected will not be used for any purposes other than those specifically stated.
- Except when required by law, the Company will never disclose personal information to third parties without prior consent from the person in question.
- The Company shall strictly adhere to all laws, national guidelines and other standards regarding the handling of personal information and shall devise a personal information protection management system based on Japan Industrial Standard JIS Q 15001: “Personal Information Protection Management Systems – Requirements”, applying it as necessary at all times.
- The Company shall take the necessary measures to prevent and correct any unauthorized disclosure, loss or damage to personal information.
- Should the Company entrust any personal information, either in whole or in part, to a third party the Company shall carry out the oversight deemed necessary and appropriate in order to ensure the safety of said personal information.
- The Company shall make every effort to respond promptly and appropriately to any questions, concerns or complaints in relation to personal information. In addition, the Company shall likewise respond to any requests regarding the disclosure of any applicable personal information in our possession (requests for notification of the purpose of use, as well as requests to disclose, rectify, supplement or erase information, or requests to suspend or eliminate its use or suspend its release to third parties).
- The Company shall continue to make ongoing improvements to the personal information protection management system at all times.
